IP-Watchdog whining on how unfair it is that there is a independent Court controlling the patent system.

Of course it is unfair to have an independent Court which, from time to

time, checks that the law is applied correctly and the Constitution is

not violated. It is also unfair to have a Constitution in the first place.

Instead, we should better leave that to the experts... or maybe not:

"Those who are anti-software patent are simply pro copying.  They don’t want software patents because then they cannot copy the work of others freely and without fear of being sued."

Maybe somebody should be so kind and explain the difference between patents and copyright to the guy.
